At Talent Plus ®, we recognize that people make the difference. Our Talent Spotlight ® series highlights our colleagues because we know they’re so much more than just their job description.

Our first Talent Spotlight features Kristina Hammer, Talent Plus Client Success Manager. Let’s learn more about Kristina and how she uses her natural talents in her professional and personal life.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your position?

A: I get the most satisfaction when I know everything I’m working on is organized and accessible for both parties and when I can make Kimberly’s life easier. I like the feeling that I’m able to make someone’s job easier so that they can shine even more.

Q: What made you join the Corporate Sustainability Team at Talent Plus?

A: I’ve become increasingly interested in learning how to live a more sustainable life and learning how to reduce my plastic use. I was super excited to see a group of people who were also interested in the same thing. I want to learn how to reduce my plastic use and make better habits. I’m interested to see what ideas we use on a corporate level. I’m interested to see how many people contribute outside of the group.

Q: What are some items on your bucket list?

A: I would love to go to a WWE Wrestling Match, I have never been. I also think it would be cool to learn some trendy TikTok dances!

Q: What animal would you describe yourself as?

A: I would describe myself as a cat because I only love a specific group of people but sometimes I can be affectionate but other times I’m going to stay in a room by myself the entire day. Earning trust is incredibly important to me.

Q: What’s your go-to song or playlist right now?

A: My go-to songs are Mercy Mercy Me – A cover done by Lucky Day or Leave The Door Open by Silk Sonic.

Q: What do you love about working at Talent Plus?

A: I love the diversity here. I like that we tailor what do to meet client needs because we want to meet them where they’re at to enhance what they’re doing and I like that we don’t just give them a standard tool and make them conform to it. It shows that we care a little bit more.

Q: What three items would you take with you on a deserted island?

A: A gazebo for shade, a canoe so I don’t get bored and a lighter to start fires.

Q: If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

A: I would spend an entire day mountain biking on as many trails as possible across the US. I would also find a really dirty house and clean it all day. And I would also mow the lawn.

A: Beach

Q: Apple or Android?

A: Apple
