Focus on Culture Promotes Engagement and Profit

Gauging the current level of associate engagement is an important step in initiating change. Talent Plus’ CultureView survey enables an organization to better understand what factors produce morale, quality, and service-orientation.

This credit union set out to make a cultural change to improve business metrics, which resulted in employee engagement increasing as much as 52 percent over four years. The Net Promoter Score increased by 48 percent and 27 percent, respectively.

Employees Are Engaged And Satisfied

Through a focus on talent selection and development, both employee engagement and the Net Promoter scores increased, along with an over 1,200% percent growth in assets.
