Makenzie Rath has been a part of the Talent Plus family from a very young age. She started on the logistics team as part of the Global Talent Interviewing Center and went on to become a research scientist. Today, she is the President of Talent Plus and serves on the Board of Directors. Rath has studied individuals through quantitative and qualitative processes to help client partners build Talent-Based Organizations®.

Executive Vice President of Research and Development

Karl Giuseffi leads the research and consulting teams. He works closely with executive leaders and teams to simplify and streamline data-driven insights to inform people strategies, and guide leadership decision-making and organizational leadership and culture. He enjoys enabling and empowering leaders to use their data to drive meaningful change in people management, selection, development and people analytics to deliver better business outcomes and experience.

Chief Growth Officer

John Henley leads the Client Strategy, Service and Sales teams. He ensures the teams function at an elite level while crafting the best solution to help clients build high-performing and fully-engaged cultures. Because Talent Plus has such a diverse set of tools, it takes some precision to determine how to use our talent assessments and development resources to help each client team member maximize their personal potential—while reducing overall turnover, increasing engagement, and delivering financial results.

Cydney Koukol joined Talent Plus as the director of marketing, innovation, and branding in 2000. As we grow, the need for additional focus and insight around our culture and global communities has led to the creation of her current role. Now, Cydney sets the tone for the client, candidate, colleague, and community experience, humanizing our organization.

Steve Bonner met Doug Rath in 1989 when he retained Talent Plus to help him in his role as President of McGraw-Hill’s Construction Information Group. They served together on the board of Cancer Treatment Centers of America during Steve’s tenure as President and CEO from 1999-2014. He’s always been a passionate advocate of patient-centric, quality-driven healthcare. He championed putting patients in control of their own medical decisions through comprehensive, unbiased information. With his commitment to excellence and vision for quality, Steve joined the Talent Plus Board of Directors as the first member to join from outside the company in 2019.

Doug Rath started developing the structured interview technology in 1966 while studying under Dr. William E. Hall at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Today, as co-chairman of Talent Plus, he also leads our team of analysts, consultants, researchers, recruiters, and seminar leaders. He is known across the United States, Europe, and Asia as a skilled consultant, researcher, and teacher – and most importantly – a trusted advisor to senior business leaders who always adds value.

Kimberly Rath has over 30 years of experience in human resources and is a recognized leader in the field of executive development and human resources in the United States and Asia. Her strong commitment to others helps clients reach their highest growth potential through talent-based strategies.

As president and co-chairwoman, she’s helped the company grow globally and become one of the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2011. With her help, Talent Plus is repeatedly listed as one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the United States.

Larry Sternberg joined Talent Plus in 1999 and has served in a variety of capacities, including consultant, client engagement lead, and most recently president. He is now a Talent Plus Fellow performing duties as an oft-requested speaker and consultant. He has designed and conducted training programs on various topics for thousands of leaders and has served as a facilitator for numerous organizations to articulate their mission, vision, and values. Larry continues to be instrumental in helping clients build a Talent-Based Organization®.

Steve is a trusted advisor who optimizes the impact of talent-based selection and strengths-based management. He works closely with professional, retail, hospitality, financial, and healthcare clients, focusing on executive coaching, employee engagement, learning and development, high-potential leadership development, and succession planning.

Steve’s broad expertise include implementing large-scale operations, M&A activity, and private equity work with entrepreneurial startups. His executive and consulting background form the foundation of our relationships with C-suite clients, as well as creating and advising talent leadership.
