Talent Plus Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Kimberly Rath, shares her favorite business books with New York Public Library on their “Favorite Business Books Series.” For her, “Good to Great” by Jim Collins and “Managing to Make a Difference” by Larry Sternberg and Kim Turnage rank among the best business books currently being sold.

“Good to Great” by Jim Collins

In sharing her thoughts on “Good to Great,” Rath said “[I enjoy] reading business books built upon research and data, which is why I enjoy ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins. He and his team do an excellent job of identifying the similarities and strengths amongst 11 companies that grew their stock at least three times in 15 years.”

“Managing to Make a Difference” by Larry Sternberg & Kim Turnage

When speaking to “Managing to Make a Difference,” Rath shares, “It is intended to be a handbook for middle managers and offers a roadmap to engagement, talent development and excellence in management. I gained a great deal of insight from Larry and Kim in the real-life stories they shared.”
