Lieutenant General Roger Lempke is a retired United States Air Force Officer and served as The Nebraska Adjutant General, during which time he was responsible for all state military services and directed the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency, and managed 4,000 soldiers. He currently serves as the Director of Military and Veterans Affairs for Senator Deb Fischer. Throughout his time in the military, Lieutenant General Lempke has received many acknowledgments and awards, and has risen among the ranks to Lieutenant General. He is not only a respected United States Airmen, he is a gifted leader and role model for his community, his country and his soldiers. Having mentored thousands of soldiers throughout his career gives him a unique perspective on mentoring.
