Having studied mentoring relationships in the workplace, Dr. Lisa Finkelstein is a professor and expert in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University. Dr. Finkelstein has also published several books and papers, including “Designing Workplace Mentoring Programs: An Evidence-Based Approach.” Dr. Finkelstein is joined by Dr. Kurt Kraiger, former President of SIOP and current Professor at Colorado State University. Dr. Kraiger serves as an expert on training and ill-structured learning environments. Together, Dr. Finkelstein and Dr. Kraiger explore the power of training and mentoring relationships in the workplace with Larry Sternberg.
