The world has changed significantly in the past 35 years. In 1989, Apple introduced the first portable computer (weighing 16 pounds, no less!). Fast forward to today, and we’re constantly connected through supercomputers that fit in our pockets. 

In those early days, as the internet was emerging and possibilities were endless, Talent Plus was founded with a simple yet profound question from Dr. William E. Hall: What would the world be like if everyone did what they were good at and enjoyed? 

Since then, teams of innovators and pioneers have driven Talent Plus’ mission, partnering with thousands of clients in discovering and developing top talent. Relationships are the “Plus” in Talent Plus. It’s a privilege to adapt and stay connected to the communities we’ve served over these many years. 

As we celebrate 35 years, we’re looking ahead. While I can’t predict when our current fashion might feel outdated, one thing’s for sure: Talent Plus will continue to be here, helping individuals maximize their potential.
