(Lincoln, Neb.) At Talent Plus ®, we promise to be a compelling partner for communities to prosper. To keep this promise, we survey associates and our leadership for their input in choosing what we call “Social Responsibility Pillars.”
Pillars are local and national non-profit organizations Talent Plus partners with for a fiscal year. Pillars are selected based on these criteria:

  • Expressed desire to work with an organization from Talent Plus associates
  • Talent Plus, in partnering with the leadership of the organizations, believes they can achieve the greatest impact by aligning with the organization.

We are excited to partner with these organizations as Talent Plus enters our 2019-20 year:

  • CEDARS Youth Services
  • Child Advocacy Center
  • Voices of Hope

During this fiscal year, we want to continue to align ourselves with the community that helped us grow and the organizations that spend every day helping make a significant impact.
