Talent Plus, Inc. Named a Best Place to Work in Healthcare 2026 by Modern Healthcare
(Lincoln, Nebr.)–July 2026 — Talent Plus, Inc., a leading talent intelligence partner headquartered in Lincoln, has been named one of Modern Healthcare‘s 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare for the eighth time.
What makes this recognition even more special is that it’s determined by the people who make a difference in the lives of Talent Plus clients and colleagues.
“Being named to Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare list for the eighth time is a proud moment for Talent Plus and a testament to the extraordinary people who make our culture thrive,” said Makenzie Rath, Talent Plus President. “Our colleagues bring purpose, care and excellence to their work every day, and this recognition affirms what we believe deeply: when people are known for their talents and empowered to do what they do best, workplaces thrive.”
The program, in partnership with the Workforce Research Group, weights employee feedback at 80% of the total score. Confidential surveys measure workplace culture, leadership trust, compensation, training and job satisfaction. The remaining 20% reflects an organizational assessment of benefits, policies and talent development programs. Only organizations that score in the top tier across provider, insurer and vendor categories make the list.
For more than three decades, Talent Plus has served as a talent intelligence partner to organizations around the world, using predictive, science-backed insights to connect, engage and ready top talent to thrive. This recognition reflects the same philosophy Talent Plus brings to its clients: strong cultures are built with intention, grounded in talent and sustained by people who are positioned to perform at their best.
