Join us for our second cohort beginning in July 2017 meant to hone and develop talent and leadership skills to their maximum capacity.
This program is intended as a high-caliber leadership development opportunity for leaders, or for those senior leaders who are mentoring a young leader they would like to nominate.
This year-long, dynamic leadership development cohort equips you with an experience that stretches you toward your true potential. Participants will come together four times throughout the year for intensive learning sessions along the west coast. Leaders in this program will accelerate their growth through focusing on:

- Team Dynamics
- The Organization
- A Legacy
Former Vice Chairman and Board Member of Towne Park, David Nichols, will keynote the July session. The 2017 session dates and locations for this program are:
- July 19 – 22, 2017 – Portland, OR
- October 18 – 21, 2017 – San Diego, CA
- January 24 – 27, 2018 – Scottsdale, AZ
- March 21 – 24, 2018 – San Antonio, TX
