Schulze is perhaps most noted for co-founding The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and fulfilling several roles culminating as President at The Ritz-Carlton Company, L.L.C. He has continued to build his legacy by presiding over and now serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capella Hotels. An oft requested speaker, Schulze stands by a motto of impeccable service to guests around the world and proclaims to this day, “We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” Timeliness, cleanliness and defect-free service has become a mantra of each of his luxury brand hotels understanding that a happy guest is a repeat guest. His vast experience in hospitality and unique management style lend him a unique perspective on mentoring.
