A total of 52 account executives across 19 organizations participated in this part of the validation study. Of the 52 account executives, 30 had Recommended talent according to the Enterprise Sales Consultant Talent Online Assessment (TOA ®) and 22 had Not Recommended talent.
Recommended account executives had significantly higher percent to goal (115.9%) as compared to Not Recommended (82.1%). Recommended account executives had 18.7% higher percent to goal compared to the rest of their team; Not Recommended account executives had 13.1% lower percent to goal compared to the rest of their team.
