Case 6: Great leaders are always open to feedback and new ideas because they are always seeking out ways to get better in their own role and help others get better at their job. Curiosity will prompt them to seek out unique possibilities and to not dismiss people who may have revolutionary ideas.
16. Does the person you are considering for a leadership role seem to embrace opportunities to improve and actually follow through on them?
17. Does he or she ask for honest feedback?
18. Is he or she brutally open-minded?
19. Does he or she ask good questions and show curiosity and humility?
