June 30, 2016Press Releases

(Lincoln, Nebr.) – Talent Plus, Inc. announces our first Talent Plus Fellow, Larry Sternberg. Larry has been with Talent Plus since the beginning. He caught the strength-management vision and dream of creating great places to work and was a significant influencer with The Portman Hotel Company, La’Mansion del Rio, Hotel Macklowe, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and many others to join the Talent-Based Organization ® journey. Through his guidance, advice, support and friendship, Talent Plus was formed.

Larry has served as president since October 2013 and under his leadership we have seen a number of changes. His leadership helped us form much of the organizational structure we see today. Larry pioneered our “Voice of the Customer” strategic initiative, which will continue to expand and play an important role in our strategic planning into the future. He has led the Executive Team and Talent Plus in ways that have been engaging and focused on the tenets of our culture.

It is his blog, Leadership Laboratory, and thought leadership that have taken him from being simply a leader in our company to a thought leader in the world beyond Talent Plus (http://leadershiplaboratory.wordpress.com, also reposted to Talent Plus’ blogsite). As well, his posts to LinkedIn Pulse have had some of their highest rankings. His group of followers have grown to thousands and he has been frequently quoted in a number of national publications. These blogs are the genesis for the book that he and his co-writer, senior leadership consultant, Dr. Kim Turnage, will be publishing in early 2017, along with speaking engagements around the content.

Larry will continue to provide consulting and leadership to client teams, serve as our in-house attorney and serve as a trusted member of Talent Plus’ Board of Directors. As Larry moves to this new role, co-founder, Kimberly Rath, will be taking a larger role in the operations of the company, serving once again as President and Chairman.
