The results of the study showed that highly engaged employees tended to have greater levels of talent as compared to less engaged employees. Regardless of position, location or tenure, the most highly engaged employees score significantly higher on the Clinical Health Care Professional TOA, by almost 10 percentage points, than the low engagement employees.
