Wang’s appointment comes at a significant time for the Asia Pacific Office (APO) team, with 2017 marking the company’s 10th anniversary of operations in Singapore. Under Wang’s leadership, Talent Plus will continue to provide strategic counsel for the organization’s client partners, while growing the company’s presence and services across the APAC region.
Wang’s broad expertise includes the implementation of large-scale operations, M&A activity and private equity work with entrepreneurial startups. His executive and consulting background, form the foundation for building relationships with C-suite client partners as well as in the creation and advisory of talent leadership.
In his current role, Wang is actively involved with professional, retail, hospitality, financial and health care sector client partners, and focuses on building executive coaching, employee engagement, learning and development, high-potential leadership development practices, and succession planning initiatives.
