(Lincoln, Nebr.) – Talent Plus ® Chairman and Founder Kimberly Rath announced that Talent Plus has acquired TalentMine ®, a performance-based talent assessment system, that assists health care companies to select and engage talent optimizing patient service, quality, safety and efficiency. Their principal, Dr. Courtney McCashland, and Health care Practice Director and Client Lead Christian Zoucha have joined Talent Plus as full-time associates.
“Adding TalentMine’s integrated suite of assessments, situational judgment tests, simulations and interviews to predict success for job families in health care is a tremendous addition to the assessments, person-to-person interviews and development tools Talent Plus provides in the health care marketplace today,” according to Rath. Talent Plus has worked across the globe in a variety of industries for more than 25 years, and turned the focus on the patient experience and value-based purchasing, in health care nearly five years ago. The company has seen tremendous growth and awareness of their footprint in health care thanks to that strategic move. “It has been our focal aspiration over the years to build the best-in-breed assessment talent solution for health care. With Talent Plus, we now offer health care clients superior software and science to select for success across every level of the organization,” offered McCashland.
McCashland most recently served as President of Global Science & Strategy for IBM’s Smarter Workforce and as President of Kenexa’s Global Assessment Division, where TalentMine selected and developed talent for leading health care providers and McCashland led an expert team of IO psychologists.
Partnering with Marcus Buckingham, McCashland co-founded Strengths Research, the company that pioneered the original TalentMine job and culture match as well as the strengths assessments for Buckingham’s best-selling books. She also led Gallup’s early research on employee engagement and worked as the lead consultant with Buckingham to empirically capture the management success factors for building an engaged service culture. She uncovered the engagement metrics that link to business performance and customer loyalty in the workplace.
McCashland has a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California and undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Zoucha has been responsible for new product development, training and client management. Leading a portfolio of health care provider solutions, Zoucha will continue to work with TalentMine’s health care clients from implementation through the duration of their partnerships. Her experience and core focus in serving health care organizations offers her the advantage of understanding the unique needs and demands of both clients and candidates in the health care industry. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as well.
