Author of Managing to Make a Difference, Larry Sternberg, was interviewed by Kevin Short, who hosts a radio show focused on improving business and workplace cultures. Sternberg shared with Short that “[the book] is designed to help mid-level managers to excel at what they’re doing, and the title is important because any manager can achieve his or her goals, can advance in their careers without making a difference in the lives of their people,” but this book is for those managers who want to do all that and make a difference.
